ANNUAL MEETING of Village Two Homeowners’ Association will be held at
Mustang Library Auditorium on Saturday, February 28, 2009
10:00 AM Check-in and refreshments
10:15 AM Meeting begins

Village Two CCRs and By-Laws that everyone signed on to at time of purchase ARE being enforced. ALL HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS ARE RESPONS-IBLE FOR KNOWING THE RESTRICTIONS. When in doubt, contact management for clarification. Saves problems later…..THANKS

REWARD… Village Two and VRA are both offering up to $1,000 reward for information leading to arrest/conviction of anyone attempting or committing vandalism to HOA property. Please call Management at 480-443-5566 or Scottsdale Police at

INSURANCE?? Each year the V2 Board mails out a statement of insurance coverage. Please understand that it is still YOUR responsibility to carry homeowner’s insurance or renter’s insurance. If you have questions concerning HOA coverage, call Management.
Home Warranties typically do not cover everything for which you are responsible.
