***PLEASE contact management BEFORE you begin a project. Even INTERIOR changes might need board approval, and EXTERIOR changes certainly do.

***PLEASE help us keep our dumpsters free of rodents and insects by bagging your garbage and placing INSIDE the bin.

***With pool season here, please remember TOWELS, ETC. ARE NOT TO BE HUNG OVER BALCONY RAILINGS. Only electric barbeques are allowed. NO OPEN FLAMES. Pools are NO SMOKING areas and NO GLASS BOTTLES.

***AIR CONDITIONER repairs require a minimum 32’ ladder. Please know in which tower your A/C unit is located to minimize walking on tile roofs.

Village Two CCR’s and By-Laws that everyone signed on to at time of Village Two purchase ARE being enforced. ALL HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE CCR’s. When in doubt, contact management for clarification. Saves problems later…..THANKS
