HOLIDAY DECORATIONS…McCormick Ranch CCR’s stipulate that all exterior decorations must be removed by January 15.

PAVING…beginning on or about May 1, 2008, all paved areas will be resurfaced. If you will have a car parked here at that time, please make arrangements to have it moved.

RESTRICTIONS (CCR’s) are enforced. If you have questions, please contact Management at 602-494-8244.

CONCERNS. If you are aware of an issue (repairs, violations, safety problems, etc.) that needs to be brought to the attention of the HOA Board or management, please call MANAGEMENT at 602-494-8244. We count on homeowners to help us keep Village Two the place we all expect!!
