Mike Herrera from Regional Paving and Maintenance will be presenting another
bid for asphalt and paving. This will be a “big ticket” item. Your input is important.

Imperial Contracting has completed the balcony railing painting.

*With pool season here, please remember TOWELS, RUGS, BLANKETS SWIM SUITS, CLOTHES, ETC. ARE NOT TO BE HUNG OVER BALCONY RAILINGS. Only electric barbeques are allowed. NO OPEN FLAMES. Pools are totally NO-SMOKING areas, and NO GLASS BOTTLES allowed.

*AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS?? Please be sure your repairmen have a 32 foot ladder to reach the A/C towers. They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs. Broken tiles and roofing repairs are expensive.

*Village Two CCR’s and By-Laws that everyone signed on to at time of purchase ARE being enforced. ALL HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE RESTRICTIONS. When in doubt, contact management for clarification. Saves problems later…..THANK
