**NOTICE OF NEXT BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING**

*ANNUAL HOA MEETING will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2007, at NOON in the Mustang Library Auditorium. You should have received your ballot by now with accompanying information. PLEASE RETURN BALLOTS, even if blank, ASAP so that we may accumulate a quorum. THANKS.

*CONCERNS. If you are aware of an issue (repairs, violations, safety problems, etc.) that needs to be brought to the attention of the HOA Board or management, please call MANAGEMENT at 602-494-8244. We count on homeowners to help us keep Village Two the place we all expect!! However, work-orders are scheduled as they are called in, and cannot be corrected YESTERDAY!!! Please be patient.

*THANKS to all of you who keep current on your monthly assessments. If you are behind, please pay up, as legal costs affect all of us.

*CC&R’s are posted and enforced. If you receive a violation notice, please contact management as soon as you have reached compliance to avoid unnecessary fines.
