100 Condo Rezoning Hearing

The developers of the six-acre property bordered by San Victor and 91st Street (directly west of Village Two)have submitted a new site plan. They have reduced the number of units from 100 three story condos in 14 buildings to 96 three story condos in 13 buildings. However, they want to include 14 offices in the floor plans of selected condos that will front San Victor. The height of the buildings and the additional traffic generated by these additional people will have an enormous impact on Village Two.
