PAVING PROJECT BEGINS ON MAY 6, 2008
The success of this project depends on the cooperation of all homeowners and residents of Village Two. Please read the information that was mailed to you carefully. Please remember
1 have cars/bicycles in the daily project areas moved by 6:00 AM. Otherwise, they will be moved at owner’s expense.
2. respect all barricades and cones
3. remember 92nd as well as Purdue will be ONE-WAY streets
4. do not schedule deliveries

QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORTS…will be mailed after April 1 to homeowners in arrears. HOA depends on these monthly assessments to keep Village Two in the condition we all expect. Thank you.

AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS…Please be sure your repairmen have a 32 foot ladder to reach the A/C towers. They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs. Broken tiles and roofing repairs are expensive.

Village Two CCR’s and By-Laws that everyone signed on to at time of purchase ARE being enforced. ALL HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE RESTRICTIONS. When in doubt, contact management for clarification. Saves problems later…..THANKS
