MEET JERRY HIGGINS

Keeping the 12 buildings of Village Two in good form is no easy matter. There are always maintenance issues that require attention. We are so fortunate to have the services of Jerry Higgins, who also maintains Villages One and Three. In the October newsletter, we listed many of the jobs that Jerry has done for us. Jerry lives in Apache Junction but drives in to Scottsdale to work for us Monday thru Thursday. Married for 25 years, he has five children and seven grandchildren. Before coming to Arizona , Jerry was a doorman in a New Jersey highrise building. He enjoys traveling, movies, and good restaurants. Thanks, Jerry....we really appreciate what you do for Village Two.

100 Condo Rezoning Hearing

The developers of the six-acre property bordered by San Victor and 91st Street (directly west of Village Two)have submitted a new site plan. They have reduced the number of units from 100 three story condos in 14 buildings to 96 three story condos in 13 buildings. However, they want to include 14 offices in the floor plans of selected condos that will front San Victor. The height of the buildings and the additional traffic generated by these additional people will have an enormous impact on Village Two. Night & Security Lighting. Jerry checks, repairs/replaces all lighting once a week, usually every Monday.

SIGNS are not permitted in Village Two. This would include no OPEN HOUSE signs, no FOR SALE signs, no YARD SALE signs, and no FOR RENT signs.

ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS. Please contact Management BEFORE you begin a project. Even INTERIOR changes might need board approval, and EXTERIOR changes always do.

CONCERNS. If you are aware of an issue (repairs, violations, safety problems, etc.) that needs to be brought to the attention of the HOA Board or management, please call MANAGEMENT at 602-494-8244. We count on homeowners to help us keep Village Two the place we all expect!!
