Village Two Condominium HOA Board of Directors includes:
Ken Salt, president & VRA rep
Sammy Khaled, vice president/secretary
Dick Carr, vice president/treasurer
Karen Larson, board member
Vickie Kosel, National Property Services

FIRE ALARM TESTING: Test #1 has been completed, and several parts now need to be repaired or replaced. Test #2 will be scheduled in the near future.

***PLEASE contact management or a board member BEFORE you begin a project. Even INTERIOR changes might need board approval, and EXTERIOR changes always do.

***With pool season here, please remember TOWELS, ETC. ARE NOT TO BE HUNG OVER BALCONY RAILINGS. Only electric barbeques are allowed. NO OPEN FLAMES. Quiet time at the pools is 10 PM to 7 PM

***AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS?? Please be sure your repairmen have a 32 foot ladder to reach the A/C towers. They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs.

***Satellite dishes always require board approval
