Budget Brothers Pest Elimination is now doing our pest control. If you have an independent agreement for interior treatment of your condo with Burns, you may be affected by this change-over and probably should contact them. Discount prices for interior treatment from Budget are also available at your expense. Call 626-582-5505 and identify yourself as a Village Two resident.

***PLEASE contact management or a board member BEFORE you begin a project. Even INTERIOR changes might need board approval, and EXTERIOR changes always do.

***With pool season here, please remember TOWELS, ETC. ARE NOT TO BE HUNG OVER BALCONY RAILINGS. Only electric barbeques are allowed. NO OPEN FLAMES.

***AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS?? Please be sure your repairmen have a 30 foot ladder to reach the A/C towers. They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs.
