AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS?? Please be sure your repairmen have a 32 foot ladder to reach the A/C towers. They should NOT be walking on the tile roofs. Broken tiles will cost all of us money.

SIGNS are not permitted in Village Two. This would include no OPEN HOUSE signs, no FOR SALE signs, no YARD SALE signs, and no FOR RENT signs.

ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS. Please contact Management BEFORE you begin a project. Even INTERIOR changes might need board approval, and EXTERIOR changes always do.

CONCERNS. If you are aware of an issue (repairs, violations, safety problems, etc.) that needs to be brought to the attention of the HOA Board or management, please call MANAGEMENT at 602-494-8244. We count on homeowners to help us keep Village Two the place we all expect!!

Mission Statement: The Board of Directors exists to provide leadership in decisions involving safety, maintenance, finances, and enhancement of Village Two. Concerns of homeowners will be handled with respect and in a timely manner. We rely on the support of our 164 homeowners, value their input, and expect their cooperation in matters that affect the common welfare of Village Two.
